1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the zx888 website accessible at zx888.im, including all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, subdomains, and software applications operated thereunder.
• "zx888", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the zx888 platform, a company incorporated and licensed under an international gaming jurisdiction.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the zx888 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means the sum of deposited Pakistani Rupees held in your Account, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit funds credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the zx888 Platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zx888.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any posted amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the zx888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. zx888 does not permit persons under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of zx888 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been excluded from zx888 or had an Account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• Participating in online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of your country of residence. You are solely responsible for ascertaining and complying with applicable local laws.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

zx888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the zx888 Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited.

Where zx888 identifies that duplicate Accounts exist, it reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated Accounts, void any pending bets or game rounds, and forfeit any balances (real money and bonus) held across those Accounts without prior notice.

You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number during registration. This number will be used for identity verification, account security communications, and transaction confirmations. You must notify zx888 promptly if your registered mobile number changes.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, whether or not you authorised that activity. zx888 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify the zx888 customer support team immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. zx888 may suspend your Account as a precautionary measure pending investigation of any reported security incident.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• Never respond to unsolicited communications requesting your Account credentials — zx888 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.

6 Deposits

All deposits to your zx888 Account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. zx888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are published within the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

zx888 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees or processing charges that are outside zx888's control. You are responsible for any such charges levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within a reasonable time, contact the zx888 support team with your transaction reference for investigation.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods registered in your own name and previously used to deposit funds into your Account. zx888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments.

Before processing any withdrawal, zx888 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC), including submission of a valid government-issued identity document and proof of the payment method used. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one to three business days depending on interbank processing schedules.

Any bonus balance that has not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon withdrawal. You may only withdraw funds from your Real Money Balance. zx888 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected pending investigation.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

zx888 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and cricket-specific promotions during PSL season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply across all zx888 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise include:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the account verification process.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per eligible Account, household address, device, and IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made.
• Bonus funds have a validity period. Any uncompleted wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and associated winnings.
• zx888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside the standard withdrawal process.

9 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the zx888 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. By placing a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation and zx888 is not liable for any discrepancy between estimated and confirmed odds.

zx888 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, rule 4 deductions, event cancellation, or where credible evidence of match manipulation exists. Voided bets are refunded to your Real Money Balance at stake value.

In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice due to the live nature of sports events. zx888 will not be liable for any bets that could not be placed due to market suspension. Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event and are published within each betting market interface.

Cricket markets, including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, and major ICC tournaments, are governed by specific cricket betting rules that account for Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, super overs, and match interruptions. Players are advised to review applicable cricket betting rules before placing wagers.

10 Casino Games

All casino games available on zx888, including online slots, live dealer tables, and instant win games, use independently certified random number generator technology. Return-to-player percentages for each game are disclosed within the game information panel accessible from the game lobby.

zx888 does not guarantee that any player will win any particular amount or return any portion of their wagers. Casino outcomes are determined by chance. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

Technical malfunctions void all game play. In the event of a game disconnection or technical error, the state of the game at the point of disconnection will be determined by the game server logs, which constitute the authoritative record. zx888 will not be liable for losses attributable to your device failure or internet connectivity issues.

11 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zx888 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account restriction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access the Platform, place bets, or interact with casino games.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity designed to conceal the origin of funds deposited to the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or discovered error must be reported and will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of poker games, live casino tables, or any other multi-player game format.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification request.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, charge-back abuse, or payment manipulation in relation to deposits or withdrawals.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the zx888 Platform, including but not limited to the zx888 brand name, logo, trade marks, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software code, and written content, is the proprietary property of zx888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from zx888.

13 Privacy and Data

zx888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy as published on the Platform.

Your personal data is used for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support services. zx888 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14 Responsible Gaming

If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or personal harm, we strongly encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available within your Account settings.

Available responsible gaming features on zx888 include:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — receive reminders and automatic logout after a set duration of gameplay.

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical malfunctions.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Decisions made in reliance on information provided on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zx888 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of any information displayed thereon. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud or for any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the zx888 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zx888 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

In the first instance, any dispute should be submitted to the zx888 customer support team in writing. zx888 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive written response within 14 calendar days of receipt. Where a dispute remains unresolved, zx888 will provide information regarding available escalation channels including any applicable independent dispute resolution service under the terms of its gaming licence.

17 Amendments to These Terms

zx888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via a notification on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, with a minimum of seven days' notice prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
